Most outdoor kitchens get pieced together. One company builds the island, someone else runs the gas line, and you’re left figuring out where the grill goes. We plan it as one space. The fireplace, the grill, the side burner and the refrigerator get laid out around how you actually cook and entertain, and then our own team installs them.
We’ve been building fire features for Lubbock-area homes since 2007, and we carry the brands we trust: Majestic outdoor fireplaces, American Outdoor Grill gas grills and Smokin Brothers pellet grills.

Gas or Pellet? We Carry Both.
American Outdoor Grill: American-made gas grills built for outdoor kitchens, in 24", 30" and 36". The T-Series needs no electricity. The L-Series adds an infrared back burner, a rotisserie and lighting for cooking after dark.
Smokin Brothers: pellet grills made in Missouri, built for brisket, ribs and anything low-and-slow, and they still sear at over 600°F. They come freestanding or built in to drop into your outdoor kitchen island.

It’s a gas fireplace designed for outdoor use that doesn’t need a chimney or flue. That makes it much easier to add to a covered patio or outdoor living space.

It depends on how you cook. Gas grills heat up fast and are great for weeknight grilling and searing. Pellet grills use real wood pellets for smoke flavor and shine on brisket, ribs and long cooks. Plenty of our customers build their outdoor kitchen around both.
